What happens if my Trebuchet hits someone or something?

I think the most interesting question I've received so far is;

What happens if my Trebuchet hits someone or something it's not supposed to.
Basically, what is my liability if something goes wrong.

I'm glad you're thinking of this. Just planning ahead will obviously limit the damage that could occur.
Fire your Trebuchet only in wide open areas!
There is a reason why firearms should not be fired in city limits. Do it out in the country where nothing is around.

Here's a good example of not planning ahead. What would have happened if this Trebuchet worked and flung a projectile down the street? If it hit someone's car or house then what? What if it hit somebody? Have some common sense and just don't fire these in a city!
